Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and organize regulatory data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the interpretation and implementation of regulatory guidelines and requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to present findings, trends, and insights based on regulatory data analysis to internal teams and clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to address data-related inquiries or issues.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements regarding data collection and analysis procedures to streamline compliance efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data analysis processes, methodologies, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on regulatory data management tools and processes.

Qualifications/Skills

• 6+ years of experience using AirTable to manage and build AirTable workflows and automation.
  
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in data analysis project operations with familiarity with project management principles and tools
  
• Experience with Javascript and Python.
  
• Proficient with managing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.
  
• Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Tableau or other reporting and/or visualization tools preferred
  
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Bills of Material (BOM), ideally for complex products like electronics
  
• Knowledge of global regulations for chemicals such as VOC and PFAS.
